Amir Zmora is CEO & Co-founder of flexiWAN, the world’s first Open Source SD-WAN & SASE.   Before starting flexiWAN, Amir was CEO & Co-founder of SwitchRTC, a Real-time, interactive WebRTC based video CDN and B2B/B2C collaboration solution acquired by YouNow. Among his previous positions, Amir was VP Products & Marketing for the Technology Business Unit of RADVISION, an Avaya company.

As Head of Solutions Management, Marc is responsible of the Compose branded portfolio, including Universal CPE and related virtual network functions (VNFs), SD-WAN (SD-WAN Xpress), Network Performance (5View) and Edge-to Cloud (Nuvla) for product management and strategic partnerships. He also leads the development of the go-to-market model and the set-up of the Ekinops partners’ ecosystem. As a Software solution for telcos and enterprises expert, Marc is the Ekinops spokesperson for the group’s software-defined networking (SDN) and network function virtualization (NFV) activities.   Marc has over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry. Prior to joining Ekinops, he was Head of SDN/NFV Solution Management for Kapsch CarrierCom and has also held several PLM positions within Nortel.   Marc holds a degree in Fundamental Physics from the Université Denis Diderot in Paris. He also completed a Masters at the Ecole de Management Lyon in France and a Masters in the Management of New Technologies.

Nestor Falcon Gonzalez is a Global Solution Architect at Broadcom's Agile Operations Division. He focuses on helping customers with their network transformation, driving innovation, adoption, and providing value for their business.  Nestor holds a Master's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering and has over 15 years of experience.

Daniel Munteanu is a passionate cybersecurity enthusiast with over 15 years of experience in the networking and cybersecurity space.   In his current role, Daniel serves as a Sr. Product Manager at Keysight Technologies, where he empowers engineering teams and has a track record of delivering complex products on aggressive deadlines while maintaining quality and acceptance. His current focus is on cutting edge new product introductions to address the testing and validation needs of new emerging technologies like SASE, Zero Trust, Cloud Migration and few others.  Daniel also holds an CISSP certification and is engaged in various internal education and training initiatives.

With 15 years of diverse expertise in networking, application delivery, and security, I am a seasoned professional passionate about staying at the forefront of technology.   Throughout my career, I have played a pivotal role in crafting robust networking infrastructures and optimizing application delivery processes.  However, my true dedication lies in the dynamic field of cybersecurity, where I continually strive to fortify digital landscapes against evolving threats.

Jérôme oversees the SASE software portfolio at Ekinops, including SD-WAN, Web Filtering (SWG), and the Zero Trust Internet Access (ZTIA) solutions. He drives the development of go-to-market strategies and strengthens Ekinops’ partner ecosystem.   With over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry, Jérôme brings a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise gained at HP, Ericsson, and Huawei, where he held roles such as HP OpenView Training Expert, Solution Engineer, Business Development Manager, and Marketing Manager for CSPs and enterprises.   After two decades in telecom, Jérôme transitioned to cybersecurity. Before joining Ekinops, he served as Head of Sales Enablement at TEHTRIS, a sovereign XDR/EDR software provider, and as Product Manager at Bouygues Telecom Business.

Anna is responsible for the product security and privacy strategy of the Networks product portfolio, which comprises RAN, Transport, Site and Security Management products and solutions. Anna has long experience with Ericsson and started her career as a Radio link engineer in the late 90s. She has since been working in various positions across the company.   Anna started her security career in 2014 as a Strategic Security Product Manager, responsible for the security functions and controls in Ericsson RAN compute nodes. In 2022, she advanced as Product Security Director responsible for the overall product security & privacy strategy, leading a virtual team of Strategic Security Product Managers. Additionally, Anna sets requirements and plans to continuously strengthen the design and development process from a security and privacy point of view for the Networks products.

Monika is a Senior Consultant in Packet Network Engineering with over two decades of comprehensive experience in service provider industry. A seasoned professional, she offers technical leadership and strategic expertise, to define target network architecture, technical requirements and high-level network design. A strategic thinker with an aptitude of leading Engineering teams throughout the lifecycle of product development and new technology introduction, she ensures seamless introduction of innovative capabilities in a complex multi-vendor environment.   She currently spearheads the technical strategy and solution development for SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Network) and SASE (Secure Access Service Edge), leveraging evolving and disruptive technologies to shape the future of networking.   As Colt Ambassador, Monika liaises with senior management and executive leadership to drive business strategy and cultural framework acting as a conduit across the workforce and management to ensure that business objectives and strategic levers are clearly communicated, understood and delivered across the organization.   She is passionate about inclusion & diversity and collaborating with other women leaders to create a positive impact. She possesses exceptional communication, presentation & mentoring skills with distinguished abilities to inspire and motivate teams. She loves to share her insights, experience and expertise with others and often represents Colt on external forums and conferences.   She has worked in various roles including Product development, Network strategy and architecture, Network engineering, designing, Prototype/POC testing and network operation. Vrishti is a Technical Product Manager specializing in Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), with 9+ years of experience in the networking domain, focused on enabling secure, resilient, and scalable connectivity for global enterprises.  At Deutsche Telekom, she is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and lifecycle management of the SASE portfolio, bridging customer needs, market trends, and technical capabilities to deliver a unified solution. Her experience across global organizations including Vodafone, ngena, and Accenture enables Vrishti to bring a balanced, cross-ecosystem perspective spanning service provider and enterprise environments.  She is passionate about shaping the future of trusted connectivity, driving innovation at scale, and delivering secure digital solutions aligned with Deutsche Telekom’s commitment to reliability, security, and long-term customer value.

Gail is Executive Director and founder of Cavell Group BV, who advise service providers, platform vendors and investors on topics related to Cloud Networking and Cyber Security , and provide engineering services to help large enterprises successfully migrate to new technologies. Gail has served as a Non-Executive Director on both Nasdaq and Euronext listed companies.  She has deep experience in scaling technology related companies multinationally and guiding them to successful exits, bringing particular insight on governing cybersecurity risk and digital transformation.

Jérôme has been passionate about cybersecurity for 20 years, combining technical expertise with strategic business vision to best meet his clients' needs while respecting their constraints.     Prior to his current role following Olfeo’s acquisition by Ekinops, Jérôme was Customer Services Director at Olfeo. It gave him a 360° mastery of the customer experience, from presales to support, including consulting, all with a customer-centric approach.   Jérôme holds an engineering degree from EFREI, Paris Panthéon – Assas University.
