Towards AI/ML Powered Networks

The 9th Edition will take place next 12 and 13 November 2024 at the Hotel Pullman Paris Bercy.
  • What is the AI/ML impact on networking?
  • How to compare the different SASE solutions?
  • How to compromise between SD-WAN and security aspects?
  • Is ZTNA the only and right approach?
  • How is 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) impacting the market?
Analysts, SPs and industrial experts will respond these questions and highlight the current trends in the SD-WAN, SASE & SSE areas.

“The whole market is maturing. All the participants, the vendors, the service providers, the enterprises are really considering how to deploy SD-WAN & SASE at scale, securely, and taking into account the challenges of real deployments.” Carsten Rossenhoevel, Managing Director, EANTC

The SD-WAN & SASE Summit 2023 has confirmed once again its rank as European number one event in its realm. The 8th edition, which took place last 12th and 13th December 2023 in Paris, welcomed participants from more than 30 countries. Challenges and questions

During the conference, experts described how these technologies behind acronyms are expanding their scope in new multiple domains. They demonstrated that SDWAN maintains a mature position while SASE and SSE are now in production. A lot of unanswered questions remain however.

As organizations embark on SASE and/or SSE, they encounter various challenges, including the lack of comprehensive functionality from vendors and the need to compromise between SDWAN and security aspects. Conference speakers gave an overview of the integration challenges between SASE and SD-WAN + SSE, highlighting pros and cons of each approach.

In fact, as each year, the big players in the industry were present on the floor of the SD‑WAN & SASE Summit exhibition, providing the visitors an exact overview of the ecosystem.

“We have been on the SD-WAN space for almost seven years and on SASE for three years. It is a great experience talking to different vendors and drafting with different service providers, getting different perspectives and views from everywhere on the journey.”  Monika Singhvi, SDWAN/SASE Lead Network Architect, Colt Technology Services
