Tax Policy
VAT 10% included.This room rate does not include City tax, which will be charged upon check out, at the price of 2.48€ per person per night.
These taxes are subject to change according to changes in fiscal legislations in France or municipal regulations, the prices will be amended to reflect the applicable VAT & taxes at the time of service. Net of VAT rates would remain unchanged and continue to be the base for calculations of the applicable gross rate, all taxes included.
Cancellation Policy
The Guest will be responsible for all room charges guaranteed by the individual’s credit card at the time of booking.Reservations can be cancelled without charges only before 6pm (Paris time) 48 hours before the arrival date.
After this period, in the case of cancellation of the reservation after 6pm (Paris time) 48 hours before the arrival date; the full amount of the stay will be charged.
“No show” (rooms not occupied by the participants) will be charged to the client’s credit card on the basis of the full stay.
The physical credit card will be asked at check-in as a guarantee for any extra charges incurred during the stay. The organizer (Upperside) will not take charge for any extras or additional charges of the participants.
