CALL FOR PAPERS
MPLS SDN World Congress 2015: The Migration Scenarios

MPLS SDN World Congress, together with the co-located NFV & SDN Summit, will take place in Paris next 17 to 20 March, 2015. The events attracted 1400 participants this year.
A strong presence of service providers (more than 50% of the audience) as well as a growing internationalization confirmed the Congress and the Summit as the first worldwide events in their area.

The two events will share a common first day and will conclude with a panel discussion made up of key players (manufacturers and operators) from these technologies.

MPLS SDN World: Spring, SDN controler, resilience, SDN migration case studies

The controlplane/dataplane paradigm remains at the heart of the debate. Organizers expect a lot of contributions on segment routing/Spring and RSVP issues. The session will be closed by a panel exploring synergies between these approaches. Other sessions will cover mobile backhaul, SDN controler for traffic engineering and packet optical issues.

The programme will reflect the high interest by telecom service providers in migrating quickly to SDN using as much of their installed base of equipment and leveraging as much of their existing skill sets and vendor relationships as possible.

The call for proposals are open until July 15.

CALL FOR PAPERS
NFV & SDN Summit 2015: Standards or Open Source?

Standards versus open source: which is better for quickly getting products to market? What is the role of openstack and opendaylight in network orchestration/control/management?

The fourth edition of the NFV & SDN Summit, to be held in Paris in March 2015, will respond these crucial questions (among others).

NFV & SDN Summit Agenda: Orchestration, Open Source Iinitiatives, Service Chaining, and Use Cases

The 2015 program will pay particular attention to open source initiatives, orchestration issues and NFV use cases. Other sessions will cover service chaining, L4-L7 services, scalability of centralized management, and scalability/resilience of virtualized network elements.

The call for proposals are open until July 15.
