| WebRTC 2013: The First Real-World Deployments |
The Second Edition of the WebRTC Conference will be organized in Paris Roissy CDG from 10 to 12 December 2013.
Experts will address all technical and standardization issues that still need to be solved, based on the first real-world deployments.
Sessions include telco and enterprises testimonies, standardization updates, performance, QoS and codecs issues. A large part of the second day is dedicated to implementations.
A Debate on WebRTC & Mobile
The panel will focus on Browser/HTML5 vs. Native applications and support for WebRTC on mobile devices and chipsets.
Participants will discuss:
- Native support for WebRTC in Android and optimization by device vendors
- WebRTC codecs as HW codecs in mobile chipsets
- HTML5 vs. native application development and user experience
- Application notification when going for HTML5

A 20% early bird registration is available until November 25, 2013.
Best of Show Award
The speed dating session will include descriptions from start-ups and from new initiatives at larger companies. Each will have a few minutes to present the company and key benefits.
Categories for selection:
• APIs and Tools
• Consumer and Enterprise productivity solutions
The companies will be evaluated by the audience according to these criterias. The winner will receive the « Best of Show » award 2013.
For the moment, companies selected are Crocodile, Quobis, Wildix, Apidaze and dialogue.
