TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
Full payment or Purchase Order is required for admission to the conference.
For all cancellations made before November 30th, 2009: the entire registration amount will be refunded.
For all cancellations made between December 1st and January 10th, 2010: the registration amount less 10% service charge will be refunded.
After January 10th, 2010: Regrettably, no refunds can be given for cancellations made after this date. However substitution of delegates is permitted at any time.
All notice of cancellation must be received in writing.
SUBSTITUTION OF DELEGATES
Substitution of delegates is permitted at anytime.
CONFERENCE PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
Upper Side reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the program. Every effort will be made to keep presentations and speakers
as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or a speaker.
CANCELLATION OF THE CONFERENCE
Payments will be refunded if the conference is cancelled by the organizer.
